Staff Sgt. Christopher Jackson faces four allegations of developing unprofessional relationships and having sexual relations with two trainees.

One of the two women testified in the Article 32 hearing at Lackland that she viewed Jackson as a good leader and friend, and that he helped her decide to remain in the military at a time when she wanted to quit. She said it was later that she pursued a relationship with him.

In the next congress, Republican Lamar Smith will be giving up his powerful chairmanship on the House Judicial Committee to become chair of the House Committee on Science, Space and Technology.

Smith will lead the committee that has oversight over NASA and other Texas research institutions.

There’s renewed speculation about Governor Rick Perry's political future, which could include another run for the White House. Perry said Monday that he is planning to "make an announcement" about "future political plans" in July.

This January, the state legislature convenes for the 83rd legislative session, and Perry needs to keep his political options open and lawmakers guessing in order to not appear like a lame-duck governor.

Patrick Dupre Quigley returns for The Messiah

It is the fourth time for Maestro Quigley to lead the San Antonio Symphony and third to conduct the Messiah. "I change it up each year, so if someone came last year, they won't hear the exact same thing, but I also include all the favorites - He Shall Feed His Flock, For Unto Us a Child is Born, and of course, the Hallelujah Chorus," says Patrick Quigley.

More than 100 community members turned out at Sunset Station last night to talk about the city’s proposed streetcar system. The meeting was an effort to begin a two-way dialog between Vía Metropolitan Transit and people who would use and pay for mass transit.

Guests at the meeting gathered around tables with street maps and placed 6-inch lengths of track along downtown thoroughfares where they would like to see streetcars.

Concert series begins Thursday December 6th at 12:00 p.m.

Classical Favorites like the Messiah and Manneheim Steamroller on tap

Christmas Through the Ages shows many of sides to the Symphony of the Hills. They will play the first portion of 'The Messiah,' selections by Mannhein Steamroller's Chip Davis as well as A Canadian Brass Chrsitmas. Classical masterworks of Vaughan-Williams and Samuel Barber also round out the program at the Callioux Theater on Thursday, December 6 at 7:30 p.m..
