November 24, 2009 · The city owned energy provider, CPS Energy, is being rocked by scandal.
The San Antonio Express-News broke the story that during a series of public forums about a proposed expansion to the South Texas Nuclear Project that official cost estimate was wrong and that the city council might have been deliberately mislead.
